Bryan Brown

Personal Trainer

My journey has been an interesting one. I have always had an interest in sports, fitness and anything that was physical.

When I was 17 years old I joined the British Army as a Combat Medical Technician and served for 8 years. During this time I took part in several endurance events such as cross country, duathlons, squash tournaments and various other physical challenges.

When I left the army at the end of 2018, I decided to do my Level 3 PT course. I completed this course in 2019 and have been working as a Personal trainer, part-time.

I joined Greater Manchester Police as a response officer in 2019 and served for 5 years doing this. During this time, I was working long hours, doing night shifts, finishing late and generally not being as committed to my own training as I should have been. So i understand that life can get in the way but I have helped several Police officers improve and maintain their fitness over the years and I will continue to do so. I left GMP in June 2024 to pursue being a personal trainer as a full time job as this is my main passion.

I am keen to help anyone that needs it and whether your goal is weight loss, gaining muscle, improving fitness or just to get confidence to go in to a gym, I will help you reach your goal.
